2. What the Site provides
The Site publishes indicative gold, silver and platinum prices for Canada, a free gold value calculator, and educational articles about buying gold. All content is provided free of charge.
3. Not investment advice
Nothing on the Site is investment, financial or tax advice. Prices are indicative and may differ from the price any dealer actually offers. Always do your own research and consult a qualified adviser before buying or selling gold. See our Disclaimer.
4. Accuracy
We work to keep rates accurate and timestamped (see our data-source note on the About page), but we make no warranties, express or implied, about completeness or accuracy. Markets move fast; always confirm a price with your dealer before transacting.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, scrape its content at a volume that harms the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's text, design, calculators and graphics belong to Gold Rates Today Canada and are protected by applicable law. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is not allowed.
